Party b shall provide party a with free telephone and technical support
The failure of any equipment, product or fault caused by any non-party b shall not be covered by the warranty of the equipment. Party b may assist in handling such failure, but it shall pay the relevant expenses
After the expiration of the warranty, party b may continue to provide party a with relevant technical support and telephone counseling. If party b needs on-site service, party b shall pay for maintenance according to the actual situation
